(1) According to section 21, for the purpose of recognition of any educational degree and certificate, an official of the council or an officer appointed by the council may inspect the examination system conducted by any educational institution recognized by the council.
(2) The inspector assigned as per sub-section (1) shall not interfere in the examination conducted by such educational institution during the inspection.
(3) The inspector inspecting the examination according to sub-section (2) shall prepare a report of the things he has seen during the inspection of the examination system and submit it to the council.
